Shipping, tracking and lost item

- Regular International post - shipping time can vary depending on local postal services, delivery times are estimates only and are added to the processing time, international shipping can vary significantly from country to country, we do not guarantee delivery on any certain day. we do not compensate or refund for delivery delays.

- Express post- shipping time can vary depending on local postal services, delivery times are estimates only and are added to the processing time, we do not guarantee delivery on any certain day. we do not compensate or refund for delivery delays.

- Untracked shipping - Jasmyn Eliza in no way accepts responsibility for lost items. By selecting untracked shipping you do so at your own risk, and we will not compensate or replace lost items.

- Tracked shipping - Jasmyn Eliza in no way accepts responsibility for any items lost in transit with tracking numbers, once items have been shipped and tracking numbers provided it is the responsibility of the customer and freighters to track the item. We will not compensate or replace lost items.

exchanges and refunds

- Faulty - An item is only deemed faulty if the structural integrity of the item is compromised, for example there is a hole, loose thread, stain or other damage.

- Change of mind - We do not accept change of mind returns as all items are made to order. 

- Change of mind/size Exchange - Should your item arrive and you are not happy with it, or the item does not fit, we accept change of mind exchanges, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer in this circumstance. We will not send the replacement item until we receive the returned item and can verify its condition.

- Refund -when making a refund request we require the item to be returned at the customers expense so that the fault can be assessed before we issue a refund.

- Custom orders - We do not accept change of mind exchanges on custom orders. By placing a custom order or custom colour order you agree to this condition.
